Redesigning and integrating a booking system for a childcare provider.
The Backstory
Little Bears provides childcare and tuition for children, and is based in Sutton Coldfield.
They initially had a website, however it needed to be updated to display updated content, better imagery, and needed to be integrated with their booking system.
Also, the website needed to be easier for visitors to use and navigate, along with displaying a calendar of upcoming sessions and events.
The Challenge
We needed to improve the navigation of the website so that pages are easier to find, and that content could be updated easily to reflect new services and sessions.
Also, we needed to make the website more inviting and appealing, so that it would appeal to more visitors in the Sutton Coldfield area.
Lastly, we needed to ensure that contact details were prominent across the website, and that visitors would be able to get in touch via contact forms.

The Results
We updated the website to be much brighter and inviting, and also used impressive photography of the activities provided.
We also integrated the booking system so that visitors can book directly on the website, and also a calendar so that they can book for upcoming sessions.
After launch, we are providing SEO and email marketing services, and also help with making changes to the website, such as populating the calendar with new sessions.
