If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We predominantly work in a B2B capacity and, as such, the data we hold is of the non-sensitive nature and, in most cases, freely available on the client’s website. However, we take all applicable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data. However, we can’t guarantee the security of all your information whilst in transit and, as such, any data provided is done so at your own risk.

All of our systems are monitored for security and, upon a breach, we will notify all parties and ICO within 72 hours.
